Question for the GIS folks out there...
I'm using ArcGIS ArcView 9.2. I have Spatial and 3D Analyst plus XTools Pro. Here's what I want to do:
I have a known location (latitude and longitude) shown as the circled black X in the figure. I have points scattered around this known location shown as red dots. If I know the orientation direction to the red point from the X and I know the length (shown as a blue line), can I use ArcGIS to get the latitude and longitude of each red point?
